Partners

Every edition needs a venue, something to drink and, sometimes, a small budget. Partners make the evening possible. In return they get real visibility in front of people who work with AI, without the room turning into a sales floor.

What you can back

• A Let's Talk AI edition: the venue, the drinks or the snacks.
• A private dinner: the table for a small group of founders, executives and practitioners.
• A new format: discussion forum, demo night, roundtable or workshop, when we start it.

What a partner gets

• Name and logo on the edition’s Meetup page and in the LinkedIn announcements.
• A thank-you and a short introduction from the front at the opening: who you are and why you are here. One minute, not a pitch.
• Your seat at the table: the partner of a private dinner hosts it and sits with the guests.
• At a demo night or a forum, a table where people can come and talk to you after the program.
• A few reserved seats for your team at the edition you back.

What we do not sell

• The attendee list. Nobody gets the other guests’ emails, ever.
• The stage for a product or recruiting pitch.
• Messages on the partner’s behalf in the WhatsApp group.
• The community’s position: we stay neutral on vendors and tools.
• Paid access. A partnership is a collaboration on an edition, not a pay-for-access deal. Organizers with a personal interest in a partnership say so and step out of the decision.
