41% of Romanian companies still haven't integrated AI. 52% cite resistance to change. Where do you stand?
From “we should do something about AI” to implemented strategy. In 12 weeks.
AI Leaders is Romania's first AI Strategy Accelerator. You enter with a business challenge. You leave with a clear plan, a first implemented use-case, and an ongoing community of AI leaders. Not courses. Not theory. Results.
Most AI programs teach you to treat AI like normal software. We teach you to use what makes it different.

How the AI strategy accelerator works for your company
12 weeks. 5 phases. One goal: implemented AI strategy.
Discovery (Weeks 1-3)
Where are you today? What AI opportunities exist in your industry and company? Each participant receives a prioritized opportunity map - not generic, but specific to your business. We start with an AI Audit: you map what AI usage already exists in your organization, including unofficial and hidden usage. You cannot build strategy on incomplete information - most companies underestimate how much AI their people already use.
Strategy (Weeks 4-6)
We build the concrete plan: which tools, what budget, what timeline, who needs to be involved, what does success look like in 90 days. Peer review with fellow cohort members - perspectives from different industries.
Activating Your Team (Week 7)
You have the strategy. Now you need to take it to your teams. You design safe-to-fail experimentation programs, build incentives so people share rather than hide their AI usage, and surface the AI use that is already happening invisibly across the organization.
Implementation (Weeks 8-10)
You execute your first AI use case. Weekly check-ins, troubleshooting, shared wins and failures. The cohort prevents abandonment - you have peers going through the same transition.
Measurement & Roadmap (Weeks 11-12)
What worked? What did we learn? Each participant presents their results - mini demo-day, accelerator style. You leave with a 6-month roadmap and a presentation you can take straight to the boardroom.
Why an accelerator, not a course?
Direct comparison. You decide.
| Course / Workshop | Community | AI Leaders Accelerator | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Duration | 1-2 days | Ongoing, no structure | 12 weeks + ongoing community |
| Result | Certificate | Information | Implemented AI strategy + network |
| Support | Zero post-course | General forum | Expert team + cohort + community |
| Accountability | Nobody checks | Nobody checks | Peer review + Demo Day + monthly check-in |
| EU AI Act | No | No | Yes - compliance plan included |
What You Get in the Accelerator
Everything you need to go from curiosity to implementation.
Bi-weekly live sessions
Two sessions per month with the founders: one learning session (90 min), one review session (60 min). Topics adapted to the cohort's current phase. All recorded.
Your cohort of professionals
Not an anonymous forum. A small group of managers, directors, and founders going through the same process, from different industries. Peer review, accountability, real networking.
Playbooks and frameworks
AI Opportunity Map, Strategy Canvas, Implementation Checklist, ROI Calculator, AI Governance Framework, Board Presentation Template, Internal AI Lab Blueprint. Battle-tested tools, not generic slideshares.
Internal AI Lab Blueprint
A ready-to-present proposal template for setting up a permanent internal AI experimentation team. Includes role definitions, budget justification, reporting structure, and success metrics.
Direct access to the expert team
In the accelerator you have continuous access to practitioners with their own companies. Questions, implementation feedback, strategic guidance - between sessions, on the private community.
Demo Day & completion certificate
At the end, you present your results to the cohort. You receive an AI Leaders certificate and become part of the alumni network - access to all future cohorts, continuous networking, exclusive sessions.
Ongoing community (post-accelerator)
After 12 weeks, you're not alone. Continue with online community (Slack, monthly sessions, AI briefing, recordings library) or Full Access (in-person meetups, quarterly workshops, 1-on-1 consultations).

What do you lose every month without AI guidance?
Time wasted experimenting
Our team compressed years of our own trial-and-error into a 12-week path. You skip the months of solo experimentation.
Missed opportunities
Your competitors are already automating processes, cutting costs, and launching new products. Every month of waiting widens the gap.
Bad investments
Wrong AI tools cost €200-500/month. Implementations without strategy cost thousands. Expert guidance saves you from bad investments and takes you straight to what works in your industry.
Strategic clarity
Without a clear framework, AI decisions become guesswork. Which model? Build or buy? Are we AI Act compliant? The community gives you tested answers, not Twitter opinions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Need more information?
What is AI Leaders Accelerator?
AI Leaders is Romania's first AI Strategy Accelerator. An intensive 12-week program where professionals work together to define and implement their AI strategy, guided by a team of experts who build AI daily. It's not a course, it's not a webinar - it's a structured program with concrete results.
Who is the accelerator for?
Managers, directors, founders, C-level, product managers - professionals who make AI decisions in their companies. If you're asking “should we implement AI?” or “we've tried, but don't know how to scale” - you're in the right place. No technical knowledge required.
What if I can't attend all live sessions?
All sessions are recorded. But the accelerator works best when you participate actively - peer review and group accountability are an essential part of the value. We recommend attending at least 80% of sessions.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You become part of the AI Leaders community. Choose between Online Community (Slack, monthly sessions, AI briefing, recordings library) or Full Access (in-person meetups in Bucharest, quarterly workshops, 1-on-1 consultations with founders). You remain part of the AI Leaders network - accelerator graduate, with access to future cohort Demo Days.
How do I join the program?
Leave your details in the form on the site. We contact you within 48 hours for a 15-minute fit conversation (video call) - not an exam. If we're a match, you receive all the details about the Founding Cohort and the next steps. You can also join our free events to learn more about the program.
Who should own AI strategy in your company?
AI strategy should not default to the IT department. IT minimizes risk by design - AI demands experimentation. Ownership belongs to a cross-functional team with executive sponsorship: people from business, product, operations and technology working together. Without this, AI stays a technical project, not a strategic direction.
Why pay? Isn't there free AI content?
You're not paying for information - information is free on the internet. You're paying for a structured 12-week journey with concrete results, direct access to practitioners with real experience, peer review from different industries, and accountability that keeps you on track. The difference between reading an article and implementing an AI strategy with expert guidance is months of work.
