How much does it cost?
It depends on the project and the format. See our indicative rates for the order of magnitude, then tell us what you want to solve and we come back with a clear proposal. There is no subscription to buy on the site, and we do not ask for a card to talk.
Do you also run workshops?
Yes. We deliver applied workshops on request, for your team or public. Public ones are announced on Meetup. Tell us the topic and we come back with a proposal.
What is a case clinic?
A case clinic is a session where a real AI decision is pressure-tested by a practitioner and the group: options, risks, decision criteria, and what you would do Monday morning. Cases can be anonymized, and customer data stays out.

Are the meetups free?
Yes. The monthly Bucharest meetup is free and stays that way. It is the open side of the community: no slides, no pitches, no pressure to buy. RSVP opens on Meetup.
What is the AI Leaders private dinner?
A monthly private dinner, with 20 seats at the same table, at a Bucharest address revealed on confirmation. The table brings together founders, executives, and practitioners who work seriously with AI. No stage, no slides, no pitches: just real conversations about AI decisions.
How do I reserve a seat and how much does it cost?
Reservations aren't open yet. For now you leave us your email and we'll let you know the moment they open — with the date and the confirmation steps. A seat costs 599 RON per person, VAT included, and there are only 20 of them.
